Lockers are available for personal belongings while your squad is playing.

Standard arena bookings may be cancelled up to two hours before the session for refund or rescheduling review. Party and private-event terms may have a different notice period stated in their quotation.

Water can be stored in the lockers. Food and other drinks are not allowed inside the active game rooms.

A standard session lets you explore the available rooms instead of reserving only one challenge.

Wear comfortable clothing and clean closed-toe running shoes. Heels, sandals and open-toe footwear are not suitable for the game rooms.

The experience can include running, jumping, flashing lights, loud audio and fog. Ask a medical professional if you are unsure whether active play is suitable.

The recommended minimum age is six. Children under ten should play with a participating adult.

Walk-ins may be accepted, but booking online is the best way to secure your preferred session.

Games are designed for squads of two to five. Larger groups can split into teams and rotate between challenges.

GameZone is an active gaming arena where your movement becomes the controller. Run, jump, solve challenges and compete inside interactive rooms.
