Active-play risks
GameZone activities may include running, jumping, quick changes of direction, flashing lights, loud audio and contact with room surfaces. Participation is voluntary.
Health and instructions
Participants confirm they are fit to play, will disclose relevant conditions and will follow staff instructions and posted rules.
Personal property
The venue is not responsible for unsecured personal property. Lockers should be used where provided.
Minors
A parent or legal guardian must submit acceptance for a minor participant.
Release draft
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the participant accepts ordinary activity risks. This operational draft must be reviewed by local counsel before launch.
