Cancellation window
Standard arena bookings cancelled at least two hours before the session may be eligible for rescheduling or refund review.
Late cancellation
Cancellations inside two hours and no-shows are ordinarily non-refundable because capacity was reserved.

Party and private-event deposits follow the terms stated in their confirmed quotation.
